Si è tenuta nella splendida cornice della Monaco by Night l’edizione 2006 dei Fim Off-Road & SuperMoto Awards.
Oltre 300 gli ospiti invitati e ovviamente presenti anche tutte le stelle del Motocross e Supermotard Mondiale, pronte per ricevere il tanto meritato riconoscimento dopo una stagione a tutto gas.
Da segnalare Stefan Everts che vince il suo decimo titolo mondiale e si conferma come il più vincente della categoria con i suoi 101 GP disputati.

Supermoto: Aprilia premiata per la doppietta nell
29 nov 2006 - 15:52 - #1[…] La stagione agonistica si è conclusa con la classica cerimonia di premiazione F.I.M. Off-Road Awards, tenutasi sabato scorso a Monaco, che ha chiamato a raccolta i Campioni del Mondo 2006. Nella famosa Salle des Etoiles sono stati festeggiati i migliori piloti del fuoristrada e non poteva certo mancare il Team Off Road Aprilia, dominatore nel Campionato Mondiale Supermoto S2. Aprilia ha infatti vinto il titolo costruttori e piloti con Thierry Van Den Bosch in sella alla SXV 4.5. In rappresentanza della Casa di Noale sono intervenuti alla serata Mariano Roman, responsabile della B.U. Off Road, l’Ingegner Ampelio Macchi ed Ennio Marchesin, direttore sportivo Off Road Aprilia. Si chiude così una stagione fantastica per la casa di Noale che ha vinto sei titoli mondiali in una stagione.
